After 20 years of professional experience in construction, the military, and business, David and Jodi Bagwell founded Bagwell Construction Services, Inc. (BCS). In the beginning, the Bagwells made a name for BCS by focusing their entrepreneurial energy on building loft additions in Ventura County. This marketing effort proved to be very successful and served as an important stepping stone in the company's history. Over the years, BCS has come a long way from specializing in lofts.

Now one of the premier construction firms in Ventura and northern Los Angeles counties, BCS handles everything from kitchen and bath remodels to one and two-story additions, custom homes, guest homes, commercial construction, tenant improvements, retrofit work, and retail. BCS has also done some work in the entertainment industry. BCS was a featured contractor on several episodes of ABC's Extreme Makeover Home Edition.

Since the inception of BCS, David and Jodi have worked hard to maintain a dynamic team of industry professionals whose main focus is to achieve excellence in the construction arena. As firm believers in education, these two MBA graduates encourage their employees to enhance their knowledge base of residential and commercial construction, design, remodeling, retrofit, green building, and universal design.
