David Bagwell, President and CEO

After eight years of Infantry service in the Army, David earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from North Carolina A & T State University and his MBA from Pepperdine University. David has 25 years of experience in construction, management and business. David has worked on numerous construction projects ranging in value from a few thousand to more than 400 million dollars. David and his family live in Ventura County.

Jodi Bagwell, CFO & Senior Production Manager

Jodi earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Arizona State University and her MBA at Loyola Marymount. Jodi has fifteen years of accounting experience. She spent five years as an accountant and supervisor for US Gypsum, handling the accounting systems for four LA area manufacturing facilities. Jodi spent the next six years working for Baxter Healthcare where she was primary accountant for the manufacturing facility startup in Newbury Park. While at Baxter, she helped prepare the initial $80 million capital expansion budget. Jodi set up the accounting system for Bagwell Construction Services, Inc. and manages all financial operations as its chief financial officer. Jodi and her family live in Ventura County.

Paula Collins, Office Manager

Paula was born and raised in Southern California and received her certification in Fashion Merchandising from Brooks College. As the office manager, Paula exhibits excellent communication and organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and a friendly demeanor. Paula lives in Ventura County with her husband, and she enjoys sewing, cooking, and art projects in her free time.

Sonya Barbi, Sales and Design Associate

Sonya was born and raised in Southern California and attended design school in the San Fernando Valley. She is a licensed real estate agent and has 13 years of experience in resale and real estate finance. Sonya lives in Ventura County with her family. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, riding motorcycles, camping, and boating on the lake.

Sarah Stonerock, Marketing Director

Sarah was born and raised in Northern California but has lived in Southern California since 2002, when she graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in English. In addition to her work as marketing director for Bagwell Construction, Sarah is pursuing an MBA at California Lutheran University. She is a licensed real estate agent and notary public, and she has 5 years experience in the real estate industry. Sarah lives in Ventura County with her husband and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, dancing, and volunteering in the community.

Rick Estrada, Project Manager

Rick was born and raised in Southern California and attended Glendale College. Rick has 10 years of experience in project management and has managed residential and commercial projects throughout Los Angeles and Ventura counties. He is especially skilled in keeping jobs on schedule and coordinating multiple subcontractors. Rick is OSHA, CPR and first aid certified. He lives in Los Angeles County and spends some of his free time working in his local community's homeless food program. Rick also enjoys playing softball on the company team.

Bill Prosser, Project Manager

Bill was born and raised in Southern California and attended Arizona State University on a baseball scholarship. Bill has 25 years experience in the construction industry working on residential and commercial projects throughout Los Angeles and Ventura counties. He is OSHA, CPR and first aid certified. Bill and his family live in Ventura County, where he volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and church organizations. He coaches Little League and manages and plays on several adult softball teams, including the Bagwell Construction softball team.

Kyle Jensen, Project Manager

Kyle was born and raised in Southern California, where he grew to appreciate the art of construction from his stepfather who was a roofing contractor. As a result of his hard work, Kyle has progressed from Field Assistant to Project Manager in just two years. He exhibits excellent coordinating, scheduling, and communication skills which are integral to completing a job on time and within budget. Kyle is First Responder, CPR, and Emergency Responder certified. Kyle lives in Ventura County and enjoys surfing and snowboarding in his free time.

Harold Greenberg, Project Manager

Harold has 25 years of combined construction, management, and sales experience, with both residential and commercial renovation and development. From 1990 to 1996 Harold owned and operated California Construction Group in Calabasas. Harold studied at Santa Monica College and served in the United States Army. Harold lives in Los Angeles County. In his free time, Harold loves to fish.

Jon Baumann, Assistant Project Manager

Jon was born and raised in Southern California and attends the University of California at Santa Barbara. Jon is a great new addition to the Bagwell team as he has proven to be a valuable player in assisting the project managers with critical daily tasks. Jon lives in Los Angeles County and enjoys playing the drums, four wheeling, and fishing in his free time.
