Bagwell Construction Services is currently building out approximately 80,000 square feet of tenant improvements in a high-rise building in down town Los Angeles. From demolition to furniture placement, BCS is directing all aspects of construction on 4 floors of this 19-story building. BCS is managing architectural design, mechanical design, electrical installation, flooring, painting and office/cubical design. The Commonwealth building is home to the Los Angeles Superior Court and BCS is enthusiastic about having the opportunity to be an integral part of this large scale renovation.
