BCS conducted work on this home which enabled the owners to create a new and exotic look for their interior space. The scope of work on this house included the following: a first floor addition of approximately 474 square feet, architectural design, energy compliance calculations, electrical plans, roof plans, door and window schedules and structural engineering. BCS also secured all permits necessary to conduct work on the home. Overall, the addition included enlarging an existing bedroom, enlarging the existing family room into a great room, remodeling the kitchen and replacing an existing bathroom with a new bathroom and powder room.
