I am just in love with everything that was done and am so appreciative for all of Sonya's help in pulling things together. Her assistance with the design of the cabinets and doing the leg work on the tile really helped me enormously at a very difficult time in my life. Getting the remodel done has helped me to move forward and to think about my house in a very different way. Thank you so very much. I also wanted to say something special about John, Rick and Dan who got things started. They were truly great! I am especially grateful for John who I feel went out of his way to make sure I was good with everything, understood what was going to happen next, and explained it all and I mean every little thing. He made sure all was cleaned up, and he was always extremely patient when I had some of my more hysterical moments. You have an amazing asset there, and I was pleased to have him on my small job. He was an excellent communicator. Thank you and I will definitely have Bagwell back at some point to turn the downstairs around.
